Thanks to the deep Great British Baking Show hole we can't seem to claw our way out of, I've been taking a new look at some of my French macaron recipes that could do with a little updating.
This one is perfect for spring! The shells are flavored with subtle lavender, and the filling a lovely blend of earl grey tea and dark chocolate.
