We spent the recent Fourth of July weekend with my parents at Cape Cod. I can't wait to share more photos of our perfectly lovely few days there (seriously, Samson was so well behaved, I couldn't believe it), but first...bathing suits!
I'd had my eye on this stripey number for ages, so when I had the opportunity to partner with ModCloth and share a bit of swimspiration (can we make that word happen please?), I knew exactly where I wanted to start.
This bathing suit is so totally classic and unbelievably flattering thanks to the criss-cross panels in the front. It comes with a removable halter tie, but I took that off right away so that it would match even better with what I remember my old Barbie dolls wearing. In fact, that doll was a hand-me-down from my mom, and she immediately recognized this suit! She loved it so much, I think she's going to order one, too.
This suit also struck me as very mod. I like the belt, and the straps are also removable, but I felt safer with them on!
Don't you love this bright, summery color?
Also, these sunglasses have been practically glued to my face this summer.
Everything I mentioned here is on sale, so hurry and check it out!
