Things making me happy: Tonight's plans, old friends, new friends, lots of work, birds singing this morning, the possibility that I might finally be able to call myself an "advanced beginner" in sewing, Mumford & Son's cover of "The Boxer." Samson has healed beautifully in the one month since his surgery. We are powering through to spring, and Paris, and lightness.
