Our friend Kristin was visiting this weekend from Virginia (she and Kristie have been best friends since they were tiny!). We all had so much fun together watching "The Office," going out to eat (and drink), and exploring Northampton. I was reminded of how cool it can be to see your town through new eyes. And of why I should bring my camera with me more often.

It was a weekend for the books! Shopping in downtown Northampton, going out to eat, taking walks and exploring new buildings. Plus we made like three different desserts and drank lots of wine. I'm already looking forward to the next trip we make to Virginia. I miss our family and friends that live there -- we're pretty spoiled when it comes to them :)
