Now that I'm actually learning how to do a good cat-eye with liquid eyeliner, I figure my wardrobe could use some vintage-inspired updating, too, and the timing couldn't be better -- ModCloth is now producing their own clothing under two new private labels: Myrtlewood and Bea & Dot.
I thought for sure I'd like one label better than the other, but honestly, I can't choose which is my favorite. I love Myrtlewood's classic, mature pieces (they remind me of "Mad Men," and would be great for work), and Bea & Dot's fun dresses and sweaters (especially that cardigan!). I've selected a few items I wouldn't mind having hang in my closet.
Myrtlewood, from left: On the Scene Dress; Backyard Betty Top in Midnight (can't get over this collar); Flaunt Every Facet Dress; Drive-In Diner Top
Bea & Dot, from left: Me Oh Mycology Sweater; Just Roll With It Dress; Primary Petals Cardigan; High Soci-tea Dress in Macaron
