Our second full day in Curacao was one of the most exciting. We hung around the hotel in the morning, and set out in the afternoon to fulfill one of Kristie's lifelong dreams -- swimming with a dolphin! (This cartoon makes me laugh.)
FYI, we put in a lot of effort and research to find a dolphin experience center that has a good reputation for treating the animals well and using sound training practices. Our experience at the Dolphin Academy only reinforced our knowledge that the animals there are healthy, content, and well cared for.
