i've been trying to work hard on my list of 4 simple goals before 2013, and even though it can be difficult to measure how far i've come on each one since they don't really offer concrete proof at the end, i know i've come far on each of them. (except for maybe #2.)
number three has been so much fun...i've been seeking out minimalist interior design inspiration (dreaming of a new house to decorate) + am really happy with what i've found. i'm planning on distilling what makes a good room in a later post, but for now, i wanted to share some of my favorite scandinavian design blogs -- i feel like that part of the world has really mastered the simple, yet welcoming, interior. i spent some time in copenhagen + malmö during college + can't wait to go back someday...

jennifer from a merry mishap actually lives in idaho, not europe, but the themes she features are gorgeous + i can't help thinking influenced by scandinavian design. i love her home's white walls bathed in natural light + little israel's room looks like the most stylish, cozy place to grow up. jennifer also makes + sells beautiful jewelry!
